Director Statement

When I don't know how I feel, I imagine I'm under the shade of a big old tree in the middle of nowhere. Being able to breathe the fresh air and see the sunlight through the leaves makes me feel a little bit better.

With Againts my pants I decided to try to make a project where people can be relaxed, melancholic and have fun. Sometimes, as much as I try to think of my "happy place", reality is stronger and I can't escape it. I made this short film with the intention that maybe it could help to see and hear that place, and stop just imagining it. I hope to share this impression with 2 or 3 people and maybe they can feel that way too.
