Adrian Carl Camilleri is a Maltese filmmaker, anthropologist, and artist whose work bridges anthropology, film, sound, and photography. He has directed 11 short films - including works on Għana and the Maltese Festa - some of which were produced in collaboration with UNESCO to support their recognition as Intangible Cultural Heritage. His films combine academic research with a strong visual narrative, using cinema as a medium to reflect on the human condition, preserve cultural memory, and make Maltese anthropology accessible to wider audiences.
