A disabled system

A disabled system is a documentary about municipality processiong of cases of disabled children at Fyn. In the case processing a high amount of mistakes are happening. Up to 80% of the appealed cases are incorrect.
In this documentary we investigate how incorrect processing of cases will affect the children and their families, and what consequences it might have. Furthermore we seek to find an explanation and a solution for the problem.
The Danish municipality system is designed so municipality will not be sanctioned for making a high number of mistakes, and the citizen are not compensated for the lack of rule of law.
