Director Biography

Mannu Bhandal is an actor and an award-winning filmmaker. He has been directing short films, local commercials and music videos in Brampton for the past decade. He has trained in classical theatre at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts. He has received further training in stage acting at the West End Theatre In Oakville, under renowned acting teacher Yo Mustafa. Furthermore, he has trained in film acting at EVN Studios in Toronto.

Mannu is passionate about studying the sociocultural nuances in everyday behavior and how the landscape of human interaction has altered over the years. The stories that interest him involve BOUNDARIES- the lines that are created for us, as well as those that we create ourselves.
