Experiencing Interruptions?

A Utility Trilogy

Three different portions of American utilities are spliced together: a NYC bus ride juxtaposed with a bus ride in Cusco, Peru; a hotel stay in Jersey City blurring together with a recent road trip to Delaware, backed by AM radio; and a funereal vision of a gas and power depot in Astoria, New York.
