Miguel Angel Tapia II, born in 1994, decided that he wasn't going to wait around for someone to give him a little hat that said "Director" on it.
He was going to earn it.
By buying it.
(And also doing a little directing.)
I came into this world, a part of several marginalized communities and saw that people that looked like me, not on screen, but waiting in the wings or heartbroken that they weren't given a proper chance. With my films, I aim to represent anyone and everyone in horror, because horror is universal.
