One evening, in a luxurious building in the centre of Paris, an armed woman bursts into the apartment of Adriano Rizzo, an actor who exploits his status to abuse young
actresses. Later, the mysterious woman reveals her identity: Hélène de Saint-Amand, owner of the apartment. She intends to kill him to put an end to his sexual assaults.
She thinks she has the perfect plan to make people believe that the death is suicide by poisoning. But what she doesn’t know is that everything will be filmed. Hélène de Saint-Amand kills her tenant, disguising the crime as suicide, and leaves the
apartment. The same day, Mehdi, Adriano’s son, flees to Tuscany with a young Italian woman - they are deeply in love. At the same time, a restaurant chef realises his dream of seducing one of his employees. All the characters crossing paths with each other that particular day are linked - like Giulia Damiani, who worked for Adrian Rizzo - she goes to his apartment the next morning. There she finds the body of the dead actor on the sofa and immediately sees that his death was not suicide, as people had been led to believe. In a mask she finds a hidden camera, used by Adriano to film everything. She takes the recording and returns home, but does not call the police. That evening, she wonders if she should go to the police after all, or demand money to keep quiet. The next day, Giulia phones Hélène de Saint-Amand, who, if she does not want to die in prison, has no choice but to agree to Giulia’s proposal. With this money, Giulia will be able to make her great dream come true - to travel to Argentina to put flowers on the grave of Diego Maradona. Before taking the plane to Buenos Aires, she asks a friend to take the camera with the recording of Hélène de Saint-Amand’s murder of Adriano Rizzo to the police. Yet again, crime does not pay
