ARCANUM
ARCANUM is an experimental art video dealing with issues of spectatorship, subjectivity and ex-stasis. Seen as a journey, the audience's view of the artworld is shaped into a ritualistic pathway towards freedom, pleasure and transcendence.

Aliki Andriana Ntounia was born in Athens, Greece in 1997. She finished her Art History and Philosophy degree at Deree, The American College of Greece in 2020. She has qualifications of both a theoretical as well as a practical manner. She has studied curation and exhibition techniques in her degree but also participated in various physical theater performances, video dance projects, directorial projects, music/choral participations in international festivals, sound design endeavors as well as worked for the only arts management office in Greece, ArtBox Art Management, as a managerial assistant.
While she has delved into many different facets of the art process and production, she is most interested in experimental video making and physical theater performance. Her current focus is in creating art video projects that deal with the themes of memory and memory loss/alteration through time, subjectivity, identity and the relation of form and concept in all relevant art forms.
