Mikell or “Mick” began shooting straight to DVD comedy concerts at the Houston Improv around in 2013. Numerous famous and up and coming comedians trusted Mick to capture the essence of their stand-up at live shows in his 4 to 5 camera shoots. DeRay Davis, Brandon T. Jackson, Cocoa Brown, and Ken Boyd are among the national acts that iRise produced.
