Director Statement

'A Note To Self' is a study on grief and how it's easier to avoid dealing with these difficult emotions then to face them head-on and get on with living. A good friend of mine's mother had suddenly passed away and we trying to make sense of the tragedy. Out of that experience we made this short film.
