A New, Old Town

In this short documentary, A New, Old Town dives into the history of a small performing arts theater in Huntsville, Texas. Lauren Myrick Edwards, discusses the history of
the building and shows the building off. She discusses the stories of the past, about it's start in 1997 with her father, Gene Myrick, and mother running the place and
the want for creating a safe haven and display of the local arts. Furthermore, she dives into the present and future for Old Town, expanding into plays and musical performances
and much more that a small town such as Huntsville will come to enjoy as the years move on.

Director Biography - Zachary Lindelof

Zachary Lindelof is a sophomore studying BFA Film and TV Production at Sam Houston State University. With a keen eye for story creation and video editing, he works on various projects throughout the year including short films, scripts, and broadcast content with the Bearkat Sports Network.
