ANONYMOUS

In 2055 America, Amelia Martin is part of the off-the-grid minority known as ‘Anonymous.’ She spent a traumatic childhood being the unwilling subject of her influencer family’s content, and has now chosen to reject the growing intrusion of technology, despite her
marketing job at tech superpower Apple. Tensions are escalating between those on and off the grid, as those participating in the surveillance state claim Anonymous’s preference for privacy is a way to keep secrets and “opt out of society.” Under the pressure from this increasingly agitated on-the-grid community, an unnamed Presidential figure passes an Executive Order requiring Anonymous to join the grid. Now Amelia and Anonymous ally Todd — both cornered in the heart of the beast, ‘Apple’ — must decide whether they bow their heads and accept an exposed life, or resist and face life and death consequences from a corrupt governing body.
