Director Biography - Ronald Dillard Jr.

Ronald Dillard Jr. is a Richmond, Virginia -based African-American Writer/Playwright/Director/Actor and Producer with a background in theatre who will be relocating to Los Angeles in the fourth quarter of 2022.

In 2008, Ronald founded Ron Winston Entertainment LLC. and has produced, directed, and or written two theatrical productions, six shorts, and two feature films. In 2021 Ron Winston Entertainment co-produced Ramona Taylor’s upcoming film “Compassionate Release,” actively developing three new films to produce. Currently in pre-production for his first supernatural thriller that he will direct and star in later this year. Ronald is also the creator of three television shows (Two one-hour dramas and a half-hour dramedy) as he is setting his sights on becoming a showrunner.
