Director Statement

As the director of this film, my intention is to explore the purpose and significance of education, and to highlight the need for more innovative and effective teaching methods. Through the relationship between the educator and learner, I hope to convey the message that education should be about more than just rote learning and material gain. Instead, it should inspire us to be creative, progressive, ethical and useful, and to make a positive impact on the world around us. Drawing on elements of the educational, inspirational, family and short film genres, my goal is to create a concise and focused narrative that engages and inspires viewers to think critically about the purpose of education and their own approach to life.
