Director Biography

Raine LeMay is an emerging independent filmmaker from Vancouver BC, and a recent alumni of the 2023 Reelworld E20 Writers Program.

With a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Capilano University’s Motion Picture Arts program, Raine continues to engage with the study of film as a Director, Writer, and Production Designer.

His recent work as a director and writer includes Viper (2022), which was nominated for a 2022 Leo Award and screen in both Toronto and the United States.

As a production designer, he worked on Darkside (2022) which screened at LA Shorts, NFFTY, CANNES Short Corner, and won Best Student Production at the 2022 Leo Awards.
