Director Biography

My name is Sam, and I am an aspiring filmmaker. I was born in November 1997 in New York, and have loved movies since a young age. I am currently attending Seton Hall University for a degree in Visual and Sound Media with a minor in Public Relations. So far in my filmmaking career, I have landed a short film in our local film festival, the SOMA Film Festival. I may not have an IMDb page yet, but soon I will have lots of credits to my name, and will hopefully be a part of many more film festivals. I hope to continue doing what I love for as long as I can.

Director Statement

I made this film because I really feel that this is something that so many college students experience, whether they miss friends, family, or just being home. I wanted to make a film that those people could relate to, and create a character that feels real. I want the audience to want to say, "it gets better Nathan!" because we all eventually learned that, but not everyone has someone to tell them. Some have to figure that out on their own, and make it better themselves.
