During her time in college, Leah has strived to uplift voices and tell stories by utilizing film as a way for people to express their experiences. At their core, art of any kind has been a passion that she uses to allow quiet voices to shine through in this loud world we live in. She hopes with her experiences as an Asian-American, more people in any underrepresented group can relate to the things they create.

Leah's main focus in film is anything with the creative process which includes set design or screenwriting. Since 2019, they have made use of social media as an outlet to express their creative visions and post on a weekly basis to practice their craft in film.

Outside of her experience in costume design, Leah has worked on an array of projects in different departments, proving herself to be a jack of all trades, capable of picking up any skill in a short amount of time. These roles include Writer & Director, Gaffer, Assistant Director, Assistant Camera, Makeup Artist, and Editor. Being well-rounded is important to her, believing it is necessary to be knowledgeable in all aspects of filmmaking to be a better worker and communicator.
