Born in Rize, Ardeşen in 1999. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Trabzon. In 2022, he graduated from the Radio, TV and Cinema department of The Faculty of Communication of Cumhuriyet University.

Mert Sevinç has a lot of finished scripts. And he has been found many times in film sets, he worked as a set manager. He has lectured to students of his age on screenwriting and cinematography. June September 2021 started the shooting of his first short film and completed in June 2022. In this film, which he wrote and directed, he both acted and acted as a cameraman.
