I am ADAM SOUF (Adam Soufeljil), currently a Cinema student in Milan at NABA Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti. Though I am studying Cinema, my background is in photographic design, which I studied in Slovakia in Zvolen at SSUP ZV.
My passion lies in the arts, and I am deeply committed to exploring creativity across multiple mediums. I believe that art is a limitless field of expression, and I strive to immerse myself in diverse forms such as music, photography, and cinema. Each medium offers unique opportunities to convey ideas, emotions, and narratives, and I find inspiration in the process of discovering their distinct possibilities. By working across these disciplines, I aim to push creative boundaries and develop a versatile artistic voice.
In August 2022, I had my first installation in Zvolen at the Wake Up Music & Art Club as part of the multimedia/ photographic group CLOSE-UP, consisting of myself and five other members. My contribution included an experimental short film titled MEDITERRANEA, accompanied by a small series of digital photographs. My second installation, called SONDAZ M(I)ESTA, was also with the CLOSE-UP group and was a photographic installation at Zvolen’s Stara Radnica (Old Town Hall). I won the 2022 AMFO (BB) competition in the cycles and series category with the photographic cycle “7965312965”.
