Writer Statement

In all of my work, I am most interested in exploring the theme of how women are "supposed" behave. With a background in writing novels and for the stage, shows like "Fleabag", "I May Destroy You" and "I Love Dick" made me want to write for television. I am also keen to tell International/stories set in Paris and London, as that is where I am based, and I have quite a well of material. I am also passionate about opening up the depiction of "women of a certain age" in television and film.
