Ten young Acadian artists have just eight days to each create a bold work that resonates with their heritage at the World Acadian Congress held in Nova Scotia, Canada. Immersed in a creative whirlwind, they dive headfirst into music, theater, film, dance, and visual arts, pushing the boundaries of artistic expression and unveiling the exciting transformation of Acadian culture. The film is a vibrant celebration of youth and creativity, a tribute to the resilience and passion of an Acadian people deeply rooted in its culture. Director Biography - Phil Comeau

Canadian film director and scriptwriter Phil Comeau lives in Montreal. His documentary and drama films have won over 700 festival awards worldwide. - His documentary features include The Nature of Frederic Back, The Secret Order, Zachary Richard Cajun Heart, Acadian Music Wave & Secretariat’s Jockey, Ron Turcotte. - His film Belle-Ile in Acadie received the Guinness World Record for the most awards won by a documentary short film. - Phil Comeau has been awarded the Order of Canada, and has recently been promoted to Officer of the Order of Arts and Letters of France for his contribution to culture and cinema.
