Reflection
Reflection is a documentary film which resorts to the physical phenomenon that light experiences when it hits a body of water in order to generate a connotation regarding what is behind the beauty of the landscape of Lake Xochimilco, in Mexico City.
Xochimilco reveal us how human interaction with the environment can create and define with it´s indifference the disappearance of it´s own history and culture.
With such an iconic and world famous subject like Lake Xochimilco, Reflection seeks to show through the eyes of others the importance of green areas and spaces in our cities, and their disappearance. Reflection shows us how these green areas harbor innumerable recreational uses, but beyond that they house incalculable environmental services which provide a better quality of life for the more than 8 million inhabitants of Mexico City, of which many are unaware of this phenomenon.

His passion made him create Natoure.org. He did this with Alejandra Rios, who shared the same passion as Rodolfo.
Natoure is a disruptive technology platform that aims to promote social inclusion and conserve biodiversity through sustainable tourism. The vision is to show the beauty of nature through enriching experiences of others with the ultimate goal of achieving real conservation in natural protected areas. Since, How can you love something you don´t know? and How can you protect something you don´t love?.
Natoure so far has produced the documentary film "Reflection" with the objective to save the iconic Xochimilco in Mexico City, since it´s a protected natural area that is about to collapse with serious consequences to more than 8 million people than inhabit this city.
Natoure App is expected to come to market in march of 2017 and will work with more than 1.000 communities and more than 150 Natural Protected Areas across Latin America in the next 2 years.
I had suddenly rediscovered my passion for art, after being working as an engineer for more than 10 years, but if we take a breath and think well, maybe art could be the perfect complement of science and also technology, in this way, my personal vision is to merge art, science and techonoly in order to create excepcional things that generate big impacts in human consciousness.
Since I was a kid I always loved to go to the movie theater, so for me is and extraordinary event to have the possibility to transform my personal vision about helping others, my love for nature and sustainability into movies, with the clear objetive to generate big changes from root and reaching thousands of people in friendly and beautiful formats as documentary films.
Now the goal is to create thousands of short films of small communities that lives in natural protected areas all over the world, showing the the value of conservating this areas and supporting this magnificent people.
