Director Biography - Naù Germoglio

Naù Germoglio was born in Milan in 1973 and worked in show business for over 22 years.
In 1992 he began working as a production assistant at the BRW&Partners in Milan and in 1997 he moved to London, comes to MTV ITALY and there he remained for the next 8 years, leading the Directing Multi-camera BBC.
He directed and produced live shows, directed and recorded programs, and creates a special for MTV EUROPE with Francesco Totti to the sports center of Trigoria (Rome).
He returned to Milan in the year 2005 and he began his career as a freelance Director.
Naù works with various television clients as Sky Arts, Sky One, Sky Sports, Dove TV, Gambero Rosso, Nickelodeon, Disney Channel, La7, Mediaset, Rai and Dee Jay-TV.
He directed 7 music videos including "50 mila" of the singer Nina Zilli, won the award for best video Italian soundtrack of the film "Mine Vaganti" by Ferzan Ozptek.
Produces commercials for Breil, Avon (Italy-Greece-Portugal), Edison, Pringles, Bulgari,
Ray-Ban, NGM, Fix Design, Nikon 1, Gaudi, Naturhouse and Spar.
In 2006 he went to Da Nang in Vietnam to shoot his first documentary, self-produced, pro-social.
From the passion for the journey, in subsequent years, born six documentaries filmed by The Rising Sun, Asia and Europe.
In 2007 he went to Tokyo to direct a documentary for the customer Tenaris Dalmine on plant safety.
In 2009, supported by Amnesty International and self-generates, he directed a documentary in Nepal entitled "Tears of Rain", which has as its theme the serious condition of women.
In 2010 and for the next 3 years he directed the program "Conosco un posticino", conducted by film actors Riccardo Rossi and Corrado Fortuna last series, aired on Dove Tv.
In 2011 completes the first short film shot in Nepal entitled "Looking Forward", which in September of that year in Venice he won the Corriere.it Audience Award at the Circuit -Off Film Festival.
In May 2012 at the Olympic Games in London, he makes for Sky One and Sky Sports 5 promotional promos entitled "Olympic Dream" with the National Rhythmic Gymnastics, Elisa Di Francisca (National foil), Maurizio Felugo (National water polo), Marco Orsi (National swimming) and Carolina Costagrande (National volleyball).
As Creative Director in 2014 following the start-up of the cooking school Il Palato Italiano, with the Executive Chef Philip Sinisgalli (2 Michelin stars) to create two formats.
In 2015 as a filmmaker realizes, on the Italian territory with the journalist Silvia Zanardi, the series docu-web "Stories of, Faces & Places", visible on the site: WWW.STORIEDICHI.COM
He 'teaches directing and production at the Civica School of Film & Television in Milan for more than eight years, fluent in three languages: English, Spanish and Italian.
