James Joice's silence
The film is divided into two acts, in two research compositions on the immigration issue.
I. Derive. The dreamlike and irreverent vision of a voice that narrates and implores God present and
detached.
II. Dock. The film documentation of one of the landings took place in Calabria in 2016 with 600 migrated in the port of Vibo Marina.

Michele Tarzia deals with cinema and visual arts. In 2011 he created with Vincenzo Vecchio {movimentomilc}, an artistic duo that investigates new concepts related to contemporary languages through archive images.
In 2012 he partecipates in the 30th Torino Film Festival and in the 23rd Asia African and Latin America Film Festival in Milan. He is the winner of the announcement’s MiBACT - Directorate General for Cinema, with a screenplay project for under 35 artists. He lives and works as filmmaker in Reggio Calabria.
