ABOUT LIGHT AND OLIVE TREES

Gavino Lo Giudice is an important travel free lance photographer that came back to his island Sicily to farm his inherited olive tree grove, in Castelvetrano (Tp). He produces a Nocellara del Belìce D.O.P. olive oil according to an organic way to grove his trees. Gavino is a link from past to future, in his family farm. He believes in decisive correspondence between photography and agriculture, between a print and a field. Both reveal. Gavino’s life is in harmony with his environment, where there are spontaneity, happiness, human method of harvest and no pesticides.
