Writer Biography - Soraya Gilles

Soraya was raise by a Haitian single-mother in Flatbush Brooklyn, NY. She developed a love for acting in High School and began acting in minor school projects. After High School, she suffered from depression and gained one hundred pounds but began using screenwriting as a positive outlet to express herself. Since then, Soraya has lost one hundred pounds and created over ten concepts for tv scripts and hopes to pursue a career as a tv-writer.
