The Sunbird
The Sunbird is a bird symbolizing freedom in Palestine. This bird is now inscribed on many official stamps produced and distributed in some European countries while there is no official post in Palestine. The Sunbird and its design on the post stamps come as an artistic action to claim the actual existence of the State of Palestine. This action is an attempt by Arab and Foreigner artists who believe that the Palestinian State does exist even though it does not show on the World map.
