The man with the digital camera

Almost ninety years have passed since the original movie (The man with the Movie Camera - Dziga Verov): the entire "short century", plus these first years on the XXI century. Humanity has continued its parabola, and today what surrounds us is very different from the context of the original movie. Faith in progress and in the "modern man" is crumbling. Zealotry, religious or not, and pursuit of material wealth have taken the place of ideologies. Authoritarianisms and plutocracies have changed their appearance, but are stronger than ever. Technology gave us comfort and "wellness", and now it's time to pay the price.
