Lekharam

Lekharam is a beautiful, young bright masaai girl born in Oleishaibo, in a nomadic family. She grows up into a metropolitan after securing good education and a well paying job. She has it all figured out in her dream of living happily thereafter. She is in LOVE, ENGAGED and ready to MARRY her handsome prince Ouko . In a flip of the coin she is duped by her ruthless, devious and scheming brother to go back to her native village to see her dying mother. Hell breaks loose when she is tossed to the dip end of backwards culture and traditions, Female Genital Mutilation (FGM), force marriage, pain, abuse of her human rights, deceit and hate – Will she survive to be the queen of her King Ouko?
