A Vagabond Wind (ITA)

A VAGABOND WIND is the story of a young artist who is uniquely painting his own life. An abandoned train station, a lonely stranger, a little stray dog and his own charming loneliness are the ingredients of his masterpiece.

This 9.41 minute short film is the visual translation of Sadi Taif’s famous Bengali poetry ‘Pakhishastro-557’. This is one of the very first attempts of making film from a poetry rather than story in Bengali. Scenic beauty of Bangladeshi countryside, unique depiction of poetry through visual storytelling and a pure soulful background music led by flute may create a bunch of poetic illusion.
