An Introduction to a Javanese Way of Life, Death and Perfection
An introduction to an ancient mystical philosophy and practise previously unknown outside of the island of Java in Indonesia called Ilmu Kesampurnan – The Science of Perfection – because it is a way to achieve spiritual perfection and immortality. The film presents an interview in Java with Maharsi Pamungkas, the Guru of The Science of Perfection, as he shares the teaching with the world for the first time.
According to Maharsi Pamungkas, the transition to the coming "New Age" will be accompanied by a frightful "Revolution by Nature" ('Revolusi Alam') which has already begun and which will bring the destruction of most of the word's population. Striving among nations and individuals for dominance and material wealth will become completely useless because of this devastating 'Nature Revolution.' Instead people and nations throughout the world who wish to survive will strive to attain enlightenment and deathless perfection.
The film is supplemented by on-line access to the Guru's hand-written journals in manuscript facsimile with translation, the first time writings have ever been publically available about this little-known oral tradition.
The film does not constitute an endorsement of Maharsi Pamungkas and Ilmu Kesampurnan, and is intended for educational purposes.
