Mecha
We are the androids of the natural world, and just as we fear our creations will destroy us, we blindly destroy the world which created us. Be consumed by the personal apocalypse; embark on the journey inward.

Jonny was born in New York in 1996, but he grew up in Colorado. He has been making films since he was 6 years old and will continue until he is 600. He is a Film student at UCCS, and will graduate in 2018. His first award-winning film,𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘙𝘰𝘰𝘮 𝘪𝘯 𝘈𝘳𝘭𝘦𝘴, was a collaboration with fellow students. 𝘔ö𝘣𝘪𝘶𝘴, was his second award-winning film, as well as his first solo project as an undergraduate. He continued to collaborate in the creation of 𝘍𝘰𝘳𝘵 𝘕𝘪𝘵𝘦, for Colorado Spring's two-week film festival, receiving every major award at the festival. Jonny strives to support the notion that student filmmakers are capable of making the visions in their head come true without a professional budget.
𝘔𝘦𝘤𝘩𝘢 is a culmination of my previous works, and is the most personal film I have ever made. I want to express the patterns I understand as creation, and what exactly within us is quintessentially human through an exposition of the personal apocalypse. This is not a political story of dystopia, but, rather the profile of a synthetic individual's transcendence through self-destruction. When our destiny is decided by others, we fight back with a rage that is absolute.
