Braden Brickner is a filmmaker from Whitehorse, Yukon and an honours-graduate of SAIT's Film and VIdeo Production Program. The Shooting of Dan McGrew, an adapted short film based on the world-famous poem by Robert W. Service, was completed in 2014 and has screened in Calgary, Edmonton, Oklahoma, and Whitehorse, winning Best Drama at the Edmonton Short Film Festival. Braden also co-produced the Storyhive-funded film Psyborgs, directed by fellow SAIT alumni David Hiatt. Braden is currently developing his next project There's a Face in this Place, a gothic horror-comedy. Braden spends his moment of meditative procrastination in Toronto, Canada.
