Nobodies

In Jerry’s line of work, being a nobody may be the most critical skill. A career hitman, Jerry has come to dispose of one last victim before he disappears into obscurity and retires. But after he arrives at a secluded lake to dump the body, a twist of fate complicates matters when a panicked logic professor named William shows up at the same spot... to do the same thing.

From a short distance, Jerry watches William fumble around with his own corpse, and it’s clear this will be a problem. Jerry emerges from his hiding spot, gun in hand, and startles William. But they establish a sordid rapport. Jerry offers to help William dispose of his body in exchange for his silence, but William isn’t quite so trusting that Jerry will let him make it out alive.

As the tension builds and the tables turn, Jerry realizes that this nobody may be the one somebody he never saw coming.
