AREA:98 is about a small government agency that investigate strange occurrences in the Pacific Northwest. One of the team members, Elias Walters, once witnessed his partner disappear before him. Years later he is brought into a unique discovery that opens many questions. Elias and the AREA:98 team are on a path of discovery.
This group must work to find why Aliens are appearing and what they are after.

Director Biography - Stephen Hess

After many years of working in various position for medical education and corporate level video I have decided to take what I’ve learned and move on to longer format film entertainment. As a gay man I want to create new stories that I can relate by writing stories that go beyond the standard coming out stories. I believe that gay character can explore exciting areas and relationships with having to explain who they are or why they are gay.
We have put together the first three episodes and are ready to expand the AREA:98 adventure to even more episodes!
In putting together my first series AREA:98 I really enjoyed working with a talented, creative team that brought my vision to life! To have them believe in my vision was an incredible feeling and inspired me!
