Director Biography - Paul Daniel Torres

Paul Daniel Torres hails from Toronto, Ontario. He's currently 19 years old and currently attending Sheridan College, for a bachelors in film and television production. He's favourite movies are currently a tie between It's a Wonderful Life and La La Land, although he just watched Logan and almost cried. He started getting into the arts later into his life because his lovely parents were guiding him to a life of security in law or engineering. Unfortunately for his parents spending every Tuesday in a movie theatre and every friday night in blockbuster had a greater affect then they thought. He recognizes his immigrant background and strives too do his parents and their story justice through his work. As a proud Latin-Canadian, he wants to use his voice to shed light on the latin-canadian experience, their joys and their tribulations. He explores everything from social-justice issues, experimental films and just plain comedy to make someone laugh.
