My name is Niccolò Bello, I am an italian writer, director, producer and actor.
I was born and grew up in Torino, Italy, where I earned a degree in Architecture.
The passion for film-making started as a kid helping my father (who was having a shot at movie making) in shooting and editing short films that used to have as theme the most famous fairy tales.
I’m collaborating on many different advertising projects with creative agencies as Armando Testa, Attitude Communication, Havas, JWT, Leo Burnett, Saatchi & Saatchi, TBWS and many others, working for international brands such as Kraft, Nestlè, Samsung, Toyota, Vichy Laboratoires.
I’m represented by Mechaniks (US), Akita Film, Haibun and Filmmaster Productions (Italy).
In 2012 the web series “Cinzia, your skin friend” won 12 awards, including the EPICA and the ADC*E and the commercial “Il ponte del sorriso – casting” written by Saatchi and Saatchi Milan, won the prize “Mediamici” for the best media message in favor of childcare.
I’ve been managing a YouTube channel since August 2013 called “Nic and Pancho”, a channel created after the sudden success of our yoga viral video and now I upload funny videos nearly every week to entertain an international miscellaneous audience. The channel videos now have more than 8 millions views.
I currently live in Los Angeles to follow my career as film director where I keep working with my usual pinch of irony and cynicism, characteristics that are associated with my works from my first steps.
