The Last Letter (with bonus footage)
A killer is targeting bus riders talking on their cellphones. He writes to a performer who (being a New Yorker) uses the letters as "found poetry in his act.
And why are they haunted by that long ago pizza?
"The Last Letter" was an official selection at the International Horror Film Festival where it was part of a program of experimental films that "...push the boundaries of creative expression and dazzle the senses", AudFest., Filmmaker Sessions@Pinewood Studios, Cult Films International Film Festival (finalist), the Cult Film Movie Awards Film festival (finalist), the Virgin Spring Cinefest (finalist) , The Knight of the Reel Film Festival (finalist), Tagore International Film Festival, Druk International Film Festival and Amsterdam Lift-off Film Festival. Since then, I have continued to interweave archival performance art footage used as flashback with contemporary narrative. The interlude presented here as bonus footage depicts pizza maker "Celestina" in lockdown at New York's celebrated Bellevue psychiatric hospital where actress Andrea Abrahams was enjoying a "spa retreat" and where this footage was actually filmed.
