This film tribute to Taiwanese poetry Hsia Yn, This experimental dance video deconstruct the dancer's dancing movement, dialectical of the urban individual and others, also the relationship between body and field. The repeated movement and background sound to reflection the possibility of the body and self-identity.

Director Biography - Kuo Ying Hsiu

Kuo Ying Hsiu (Goingshow Kuo), a transdisciplinary artist. In recent years, she’s been focusing on social issues and the relationship between field and identity. She is interested in social interaction and symbolic interaction, both interpersonal and between people and field. Through observations and social experiments during the last few years, she created different works in the various field.

Director Statement

Kuo Ying Hsiu 郭盈秀 (Born in 1985), a Taiwan transdisciplinary artist. In recent years, she’s been focusing on social issues and the relationship between field and self-identity. She is interested in social interaction and symbolic interaction, both interpersonal and between people and field. Through observations and social experiments during the last few years, she created different works in the various field.
