In Tunisia, a transforming country, where the young people are escaping and emigrating to the northn Mediterranean.And for one day, a man, a historian who had lived in the neighborhoods of the old city of Tunis recalls and tells the story of another wave of emigration which had started at the beginning of the 19 century , that of the Italians immigrants especially those from south to Tunisia.Highlighting the transformation affected at the city and their heritage.The film depict and rebuilt the Italian life in Tunisia and more specifically in the city of Tunis
