Julian Liurette was raised in Paris and graduated from the Mel Hoppenheim School of Cinema in Montreal. He was nominated for an Emmy award for his work as a video editor for a major multimedia project by Canada's national newspaper, The Globe and Mail. He is currently based in Toronto. He is a director, script writer and composer.
Life is about choices and how do you know you are making the right one? Being gay myself, I find the question of difference fascinating. Could medical tests eventually anticipate sexual orientation? The book "Far From the Tree" by Andrew Solomon inspired me to come up with this story.
