Ascendant

A young man named Sam wakes up in a dimly lit space with gaps in his memory and a recurring pain in his skull. He is attended by a mysterious businesslike stranger named Mortimer who seems to hold many answers, but only provides more questions as they discuss Sam’s missing memories.
