Best Director, Best Actor, Best Cinematography, Best Use of a Character
With his undergrad in Film and Writing nearly completed, Alan has had a prolific experience at Appalachian State University. He has served as nearly every position on the local Film Club's board (which he helped to found), including President, Vice-President, Secretary, Event-Coordinator and more!
He has also recently come off of his own film festival which he has founded and directed. The first year which received nearly 400 entries world-wide.
He has written, directed, edited, and starred in numerous short films and has done almost everything in between!
"I am very proud of this project. It had no budget and the time constraints were made even more difficult for us due to circumstances and scheduling. But thanks to my team and their courage, I was able to shine as a director in something that is one of my most prized works.
This short is well paced and nonlinear, so we had fun experimenting with the script for this. We plan on making more of these, but thought that the first one was good on its own as well.
Thank you.
