Born in a family with a background of printing and book binding business, Commerce graduate, Harshal was driven to the art of narrative storytelling for the camera sometime in his college days. He took to his dream full time when he got involved into theatre and then gradually into films.
Starting as an apprentice, Harshal worked as a Director on commercials, corporate films and music videos and Ad films.
He completed his FA course from FTII and NFAI in 2009, and since been involved in making short films, documentary films and Ad Films.
His recent short film “Cycle” is being resonated with highly critically response across the national and international film festivals.
