Apotheosis

Jason only recently found in avid fascination within the realm of fantasy in the last five years. In 1994 he joined the United States Air Force and served in an active status for seven and a half years. In 2001, Jason Bigart separated from active status and joined the United States Air Force Reserves, serving as an Active Reserve Technician for General Mitchell ARS. It was there that he met Jay Erickson, and received his first true introduction into the world of fantasy. Initially Jason Bigart attended college in the hopes of one day becoming a video game designer; however in 2006 he made his first short film, Zombies vs. Military, which was a seven minute spoof on traditional horror movies. It was then that he realized he had a new passion, film design. He received an Associate degree in Multimedia Entertainment that following year (2007) and immediately began production on The Empty Throne, which had awarded him a perfect 100% on his final for said degree. Over the last two years, with the help of Jay Erickson, he has worked on perfecting the film, making it all that it can possibly be within the arena of Amateur Film work. It is his hopes that one day he will become a certified Director for professional full feature films. He is currently assisting Jay Erickson in the creation of a d20 role-playing game set within the world of the Empty Throne. Jason currently lives in North Carolina with his wife, their two daughters.
