The Ballad of the Plain White Tees (Gen X)

With London Fashion Week underway, the anticipated frenzy of fresh faces was certain to follow. Casting directors, eager to quell their thirst for discovering the brightest stars, turn to the agencies. That’s when having a little showmanship goes a long way, as competition can be stiff and rarely models are instantly in-demand. In this digital age videos are common fodder used to give new dimension to their roster of newly scouted models. Premier Model Management (London) enlisted the help of Boldizsar CR to mold their prospective talent into sought-after commodities–calling on the low-budget thrillers of the 70s to add some edge to untapped potential. The agency’s showcards of their new faces by the way were photographed by none other than industry legend Paul Rowland, who creative directed the somewhat ominous film.
