When a high school Chinese teacher named Bin Yuan Yang learns that she has cancer, the school district advises her to stay home. However, because of her passion for teaching, she decides to continue, despite her condition, to ensure she meets her ultimate goal in life: her students' success.

Director Statement

While mockumentaries are usually created in a comedic style, I wanted to attempt the genre non-traditionally. I wanted it to be motivating and tell an inspirational story. My hope is that through this film, one may learn that while we all take others for granted, we must learn to respect the burden they carry for our own good.
