Tom Hudson made his first amateur film (Choir of Camelot) in 2009. Since then he taught himself through a six series of five shorts and a web series how to be a cinematographer. Along the way, he gained valuable skills and work experience from a few production studios and is now in the process of setting up his own professional video production company. Son of Hudde Media is here to showcase his own cinematic universe and hopes that others will enjoy the films as much as he did making them.
"I didn't have any luck the first time I entered into film festivals this year with a horror film that took me three years to make...so I thought I'd try again. This one was shot over the summer in Surrey and Hampshire, and largely features a sea shanty ('Ev'ry Scallywag'), written by myself. One version was recently produced as a promotional video for a charity; the other, is my own cut. This version is my own cut. So please sit back, relax and enjoy."
