This project was originally intended for a web series. I have only uploaded one random example of the whole Series so far, which is already more than 160 tiny films. Each film represents one day, at 8 a.m.. This is a breath exercise that fits into Kata. It focuses on the Bible, specifically 1 KINGS. Every day at 8 a.m. I film one minute, aiming my lens at the sky, through a window and a gauze curtain, and usually an Oriental lacquer scene box which is two panes of glass with a carved scene within it. I have a collection of such scene boxes that has been important to my artistic development since early in my career. Another element that is carried through all of the segments is a triangle instrument that is created of a found object that has a special story of triumph over evil that is attached to the sound that it makes.
