Experiencing Interruptions?

Tlatemolistli "The Search"

I remark that this fiction has documentary material because it is filmed in the few still green places around Mexico City, which I would love to save.
Tlatemolistli is the expression of the search for the Self that resides in each of us. A Native American character played by a Mexican actress, struggles to find the true purpose of her existence through the path that offers the sublime beauty found on the exterior world. The long walking path is the one that reminds us of the painful suffering, as the good gift that Life gives to each one of us.
The voice over plays as an archetype that can be interpreted by many ways but it's important to say that the words it said are poems written from ancient Náhuatl people in Mexico before the Spanish conquest (XV).
This emphasis is that the culture or time doesn't separate us from a spiritual connection; indeed we carry genetically our ancestors in our DNA. In this fiction a Native American carry's the knowledge from a Náhuatl ancestor.

Director Statement

My name is Luis Movellan, 21, I am a person who questions the various points of view where you can admire life. Filming is one way to observe, where I empathize because I'm an illusionist. I sense that a romantic way to solve the chaotic world that has come out of our control is looking back at time. My goal is to become an eccentric ethnographic documentary filmmaker, mixing up in some cases with fiction. But first I succeed in creating a fiction that portray the fantasy that I want to achieve. I think you can give awareness to people by showing the spiritual root that lies in the ancient culture of specific ethnic groups that still practice it. reborn in pictures our re connection with nature and human experience through self-knowledge that offer the few ethnic groups that still survives. I want to rescue in time using the film (video), cultural and historical value that will retrain the sleeping masses. Thank you
